Orthopedic PT and Athletic Optimization

I am a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in PT, completed a post-graduate residency, and passed national board exams in order to specialize in treating orthopedic conditions head to toe. I believe a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise works best! I design custom home exercise and performance programming for patients to feel empowered in their own recovery. I love helping active folks heal from conditions slowing them down, so that they can back to their favorite activities as soon as possible. I frequently work with:

  • Low Back Pain

  • Hip Pain/FAI/Labrum Injuries

  • Shoulder Pain

  • Neck Pain/Headaches

  • Sacroiliac and Tailbone Pain

  • Knee/Foot Pain

  • TMJ/Jaw Pain

  • Crossfitters

  • Olympic Weight Lifters

  • Runners

  • Yoga/Pilates/Barre

  • Recreational Sports Athletes

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) is a physical therapy technique using tiny filament needles (with no medication, which is why it is called “dry”) inserted into areas of muscle tension. I have used this technique in my practice for over 13 years now, and find it effective in treating pain, tension, and muscle inhibition/weakness. My approach is gentle and the patient’s comfort is always my top priority. I am also trained in using TDN to address pelvic floor dysfunction.
