I help people relieve pain and optimize movement in the jaw (TMJ), cranium (headaches), neck, ribcage, lower back, tailbone, pelvis, hip, knee, feet, shoulder and elbow. I develop customized home-exercise plans to help you achieve your personal goals.

Women’s Pelvic Health

I work with women/persons who identify as female/persons who have vulvar/uterine anatomy who are encountering pelvic health conditions. This includes urinary leakage/incontinence, constipation, pain with sex, pregnancy/post-partum, pelvic organ prolapse, and tailbone pain.

Athletic Optimization

Getting ready for your weight lifting/Crossfit competition, running race, or pickleball tournament? Or recovering from it? Whether it is dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, or kinesiotaping, I’ve got you covered!
